Child safety standards
Last updated 26 October 2026
Our standards
crshdAI is a dating app for adults aged 18 and over. We do not allow child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) of any kind. This includes child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexualising a minor, sextortion and any attempt to contact or meet a minor for sexual purposes. A person under 18 may not use crshdAI.
How to report
Use Report in the app, on the introduction or in the chat, and choose "May be under 18" or the reason that fits. You can add details. The other person is not told who reported them. You can also email pushkar@miragesystems.io.
crshdAI is not an emergency service. If a child is in immediate danger, call 112.
What we do
The founder reviews every report personally. When a report concerns CSAE, we:
- restrict the account so it cannot receive introductions, and close its active introduction;
- report the matter to the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal and to the police as Indian law requires, including the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012;
- keep the report needed for that referral, even if an account is deleted.
Age on crshdAI is self-declared. Phone and face checks do not prove age or identity.
